The previously announced transfer of Neptune prototypes was congratulated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Taran. According to him, these complexes are manufactured within the framework of the state contract between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the State Enterprise “State Kyiv Design Bureau “Luch” and will significantly strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces in the Azov-Black Sea region. The relevant unit has already been formed in the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
