PIT-RADWAR S.A. handed over to the Polish Armed Forces the eleventh copy of the TRS-15M radar station.

The TRS-15 mobile 3D medium-range surveillance radar is a source of radar information in the air defense system. It tracks objects moving at a height of up to 30 km and at distances of even over 200 km from the radar. It can monitor more than 100 objects simultaneously. Thanks to the antenna on the elevating mast, the station has increased ability to detect and track low-flying air objects. The TRS-15M radar stations are also equipped with the ISZ-50 interrogators of the MARK XIIA standard IFF system, enabling identification of “self – stranger” in the current mode 5.

The TRS-15 mobile 3D medium-range surveillance radar, after adding the functionality of the sea channel, can also work as a sensor for coastal missile systems.

The contract for the supply of eleven TRS-15M radars was signed in 2018. In 2021, the Armament Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Defense signed a contract for two more TRS-15M.
